1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for all services provided by NextUIX. By using our services or engaging with our team, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Project Scope

Each project will have a clearly defined scope including timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities. Any additional work outside the original scope will be treated as a new request and quoted separately.

3. Payments

All projects require an upfront deposit before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion or before the website is launched, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Refund Policy

We do not offer full refunds once work has started. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied and we are unable to resolve your concerns after revision rounds, we may issue a 50% partial refund of the total amount paid.

This partial refund applies only if project work has begun but the final product is not delivered. No refunds are issued for completed and delivered work.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all necessary content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in communication or missing information may impact project timelines and delivery.

6. Revisions

Our service packages include up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional changes outside of the agreed scope or beyond the revision limit will incur additional charges.

7. Ownership & Usage

Upon full payment, the final approved website design and assets become your property. We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Third-Party Integrations

If we assist in integrating third-party platforms (e.g., email forms, calendars, booking tools), you are responsible for any service subscriptions, API keys, or account management beyond setup.

9. Limitation of Liability

NextUIX will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from downtime, delays, or technical issues beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific results from SEO, marketing, or lead generation efforts.

10. Termination

You may terminate the project at any time. If work has started, we reserve the right to retain the deposit and any work completed to date. We may also terminate the project if communication is consistently unresponsive or abusive.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with UK law. Any disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
